This office is extremely inefficient and unorganized. No one there knows what they are doing. They don't return phone calls or emails. They are never ready for any hearings and keep continuing time after time, dragging their feet and making all kinds of excuses. Costing thousands $$$ in fees.
Mrs Alvarado needs to retire. She moves supper slow and has no interest in moving your case forward. She just wants to collect a paycheck.
I'm pretty sure the good reviews are fake to offset the bad ones. I've been dealing with this office for almost 3yrs and nothing has been done.

Modest looking waiting room: tiny looking room with only about 6 chairs. Employees at the office seem a little "cut and dry". Employees client service could use much more work.
All my service, from start to finish, was done over the phone which I saw was not very professional. Could have asked if we wanted to do it this way--never happened. In essence, I was being help by a voice on the phone for two years; never have met the lady the voice was associated with in person.
We were promised a particular amount in settlement. We were given less than half what we were promised.
We were promised our disbursement checks a particular day. We were already headed for the office to pick them up when we get called to tell us that they're not ready yet.
Is this typical law office performance? It's quite shady, if you ask me. Too bad I can't give this law office 0 stars, or maybe
negative 10 stars. They're not good in my book.

Horrible and substandard attorney as most of my court dates she sent someone to fill in for her as she didn't show up. She will treat your case with disregards if she has a bigger case. Her office is excellent with contacting you ONLY when it's in regards to making a payment..... Best advice I can offer you is to find a better attorney who'll meet your needs and show concern.
