From the start, John was easy to speak with. He has an honest way of working with you that inspires total confidence and trust in his advice. We met John several years ago when we had major issues with the contractor who was supposed to be working on our house. Attempted to call these attorneys for a civil case after reviewing their awesome website. We could not get past the secretary Heidi to even attempt to talk to an attorney. She said they're in the process of revamping and rethinking their strategy. But yet Heidi is not an attorney at all nor would she allow us to speak to one. Therefore we are giving this lawyer a 1 would give it a 0 if I could.

John crushed it for me. I was in an accident with a broken bone and had lots of pain. I didn't know where to start. Not only did John calm all my fears of having to come out of pocket for all my expenses but once we settled he also negotiated for me with all the medical providers on my behalf.
