I have never been treated so poorly by a professional's staff in a y setting in my life. The ladies act like you are bothering them when you call. No one seems to genuinely care about the clients or their concerns. I have been misinformed on almost ever occasion, no one seems to have a clue what is going on with my case ever. When I ask questions I get told "I don't have a crystal ball....." Jim has not showed any compassion and only one secretary has actually been polite. He laughed when he tried to send me mail correspondence and it was returned because they didn't have my address right after being a client for a year!! Not one person in that house gives a shit about the clients.

For 2 1/2 years I believed you was a different kind of Lawyer. How wrong that turned out to be. The sheer amount of lies and deceit that came from your mouth was mind blowing. You did not outsmart me Jim, You only out muscled me.

You violated your oath to your client and you did everything to protect your chiropractor friend who also violated their oath to their client.

You are not an Honorable man Jim. If you was you would have protected me, your client, the contract holder. You deliberately took my case to benefit your chiropractor friend and screwed me to do it and you know it.

During mediation you never opened your mouth to defend us. When they shredding his testimony you did nothing. You even asked me to do your job for you and speak with that buddy chiropractor of yours to see if I could talk him down.

You say, well......... his testimony helped you get that copper penny, Jim if that was true then why didn't they pay his expenses and why didn't you say anything to make them pay something

As long as he knew you was backing him, he wasn't budging on cent.

Your millions of dollars Jim don't mean a damn thing to me.

You promised me this and you promised me that and in the end you took that 1 single copper cent and demanded That before I did something stupid , oh say like a declaratory judgement , where that SOB would have to answer to a judge for his charges.... that I GIVE IT TO YOUR CHIROPRACTOR BUDDY and where as your oath to me is now in front of that judge you would have had to knock your BUDDY to the floor and remind him of his place...Cant have that happen to friends now can we JIM..

You failed your client and your oath to directly benefit your chiropractor buddy financially and you did it on purpose.

Called him and never returned my phone call when I asked about my brother's mileage checks that he should of gotten but never did when he was on workmans comp. The insurance company informed us that they did send out mileage checks but my brother never received any from mr. Hoffman. Just wondering what he did with my brothers checks

If i could give zero stars i would. Mr. Hoffman was the most greedy and rude individual i have ever spoken to regarding a legal matter. He was more concerned with worry about collecting enough money on a child disability case than he was concerned with showing any compassion or care.
I guess that greed overshadowed any thought on his part to even bother to ask if I could cover his legal fees.
Thats a shame because ill save the hard earned money to pay someone who is invested in more than his or her own pocket.
I highly suggest that anyone contemplating hiring this individual do the same.
Its clear he cares not one bit for anything more than finacial gain.
I hope this rating can be the prelude to enough lack of finacial exploitation of a client or a wake up call to prospective clients so as to make a shift within this individual and remind him that money shouldve never been the passion that motivated him to enter into this practice. I hate to think of how many clients may have been taken advantage of for HIS financial gain.
Please just think long and hard about who will represent you or your loved one when you need it most.
Funny thing, 2 min after ending my call with this finacial predator, i was contacted by an attorney with much better ratings and reviews than Mr. Hoffman and they are taking the case with a very low percentage. Lower than state cap.
Shop around. This Mr. Hoffman is a leech not a savoir.
