I had a continue to have an outstanding experience with the law offices of James A. Welcome and his exceptional staff. From the moment I placed my first phone call I was treated with professionalism and felt valued. I had called several other attorneys about my situation and was turned down immediately. Mr. Welcome after receiving all my information about my incident and injuries called me personally and discuss the case with me and accepted me as a client which was a relieve for me at the time especially when dealing with the hardship and overwhelming stress despite all the physical issues I was having at the time. Before I even signed any contracts with him personally his dedicated staff was working on my case making all the proper calls to start all medical treatments I was in need of. I also had other personal matters in which he assisted me with for which I am very grateful for and cannot thank him enough. From the time I walked into the office I felt very welcome and valued and continue to feel the same through this long process of recovery. They have been there to guide me with their expertise and knowledge they process. I have been appointed to one of his legal assistants named Juanita who has been extremely helpful, professional and very attentive to all my needs and worries. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal assistance and suggest from personal experience to make this firm your first place to call instead of wasting time trying other who make promises they can’t keep. Can’t say enough good things! The team is so helpful when my car was hit by another driver.
