He and his team we're so professional. Even when my ex husband's gf showed up in my yard with he and me on the phone screaming at me to sign a "quick claim deed" that benefitted them.
My only disappointment was letting it go to the mediator rather than the judge.
Other than that he and his team we're fantastic.
At the end of it was covid so I had to go there to get my "check" they slipped it out the door to me so I never really got to say thank you.
So thank you Brian Duce and team.
I appreciate everything you did to help me.

I can’t say enough about Brian I have already recommended him to several family and friends. So much weight has been lifted off my shoulders. He got everything I asked for and more than I expected. I hope I don’t ever HAVE to use him agin but if I do it is worth every penny.

I’ve dealt with so many attorneys while trying to get through my case. Although Bryan was not my lawyer, I will say he has great communication, was super polite, direct, and if I end up needing this specific type floor, I will absolutely call him. I’ve spoken to probably 20 lawyers this morning and most of them were awful or I just left a message. Would 100% recommend this guy.

As a lawyer he leaves a lot to be desired. For each email to communicate something to me, he charged me $350, each call $350, finally, just for a first hearing that he attended, he charged me 9,370.00 and there were 3 more cuts to go. a simple divorce.

My husband and I have been working with Brian for a few months now and are very happy with the work he has done. Brian has continually shown that he genuinely cares about the outcome of our case and our emotional and financial well being at the same time. He has provided us with many opportunities to save money when it comes to tasks that we could do on our own, instead of paying him to do them for us. I was hesitant to work with a lawyer in the beginning because I had this idea that lawyers in general were just working for money and didn't really care about the people they worked with. Brian has proven me wrong over and over again and I am happy with our choice to work with him and his team.

I would not recommend Brian Duce to anyone. Wasted a lot of money and they wouldn’t even return my phone calls to complete my divorce/custody case. They do not care about you. Don’t waste your time and money.
