Very disappointed to have recently received an unsolicited letter from your company regarding my divorce process, which is already in progress, offering your services with my ex-husband’s name prominently displayed on the front of the letter.

I found this extremely invasive and disrespectful, as it appears that court information was used to promote your company without my consent using information that should be private.

My previous marriage involved abuse and domestic violence, and I now live safely with my current partner. Receiving an unexpected email like this was not only upsetting and intrusive but also deeply triggering, causing unnecessary anxiety, distress, and emotional harm.

This approach to client outreach is an absurd and I strongly urge you to reconsider the way your office goes about this.

They took a retainer from me for $3,500 for a case they can not handle. Total thieves. I spoke with their attorney Melissa Murray and she told me they can't handle the case in FL, has to be filed in another state. I fired them immediately they never should have taken the retainer.
