Took my case and money then questioned whether I was telling the truth or not. Why take my money if you don't believe me. Maybe Val is right, "the old man is losing it." Late to multiple hearings and covers his mistakes by trying to be a comedian.
Other party lied under oath and he still advised me to settle, even with proof and witnesses. Consistently didn't get calls back because they had "other cases to work on". Understandable, then don't take a workload you can't handle or don't schedule phone appointments you can't keep. Made more progress in my case, by myself.

Do not use him for child custody cases. He does not care.
