Tim Kohn, as stated several times in other reviews, was absolutely a waste of my money. He did not remember a thing about my case ever. He’d repeatedly ask the same thing. He never advocated for me. He never gave me insight. He was drunk or has some neuro deficits bc he was constantly pausing for long moments during our conversations. He would not get back to me EVER. I had to hire another lawyer just to get advice. And then he told her, one of us had to pickup my file in person if she wanted the documents. Absolutely despicable. A complete waste of my hard earned money. Right down the drain. SEEK ELSEWHERE. Unless you like “the ol boys club” that acts superior and does nothing.

I BEGGED this man to take my case, paid him $1,500. His FIRST act was to request a continuance on my court date, but said he'd return my money if I wanted to go elsewhere. I asked to go elsewhere, and now he's done too much work to return my fee.
I was given this man's information through ARAG, but Tim just wasn't going to make enough money using my benefits. Appears to be the cheat he's been called out to be in so many other reviews.

(And, he does kind of sound drunk, as several have stated.)

RUNNNNN would NEVER recommend him. He took my $2000 which if he did his job my situation would have been resolved in a few weeks. He did NOTHING I did all the research and foot work and he kept prolonging it for months and months with no follow through just excuses. His lack of professionalism was appalling I tried to fire him multiple times. He begged and stated he would do his job just give him another chance. The 3rd time he stated “if I don’t do my job you can come to my office and punch me in the face”. Wowwwww what professional would EVER say something so bizarre. When called him out and asked why things weren’t taken care of like he said he would his anger was ridiculous. He seemed out of it most of the time so this again was concerning.

I've used Mr. Kohn a number of times to my ultimate benefit. Most recently I hired him to help my mother resolve issues with her bank. Even though it didn't go as far as a courtroom, he was a true advocate for her and worked until her complaints were resolved to her satisfaction (and she is not an easy woman to please). He is responsive and "no nonsense", and gets the job done.

We were in a bind as we needed a lawyer fast! Not only was it during Christmas break when people are busy with families we also needed someone to be ready to appear in court with in a few days! Not only were we lucky enough that Tim took the time to speak to us he took the case and even with little time for preparation! With these things already against us it didn't matter because we won our case!! I cant thank Tim enough for everything he helped our family with but not only that I will recommend him to everyone that is in need of a lawyer! Thanks again Tim!

0/5 worst layer ever hired. He took money did nothing to help me but continue and continue. Tired to demand more money from me to do anything to help me. Didn’t even try to fight for me and when I asked questions on offers he claimed where on table he got mad and dropped out. He never remembered anything he said or talked to me or my bf about. He either drunk or messed up on something it always seemed. He claimed I never gave him flash drive with my evidence even after telling us he reviewed it. Week after dropping out he emailed me he found my flash drive. WORST LAWYER EVER. TIME FOR HIM TO RETIRE!!!! Don’t waste your time or money on Tim Kohn

He took our case quick and jumped right in getting things filed. He is straight forward and will work to help you out!
