Deserves more than 5 stars! Mr. O"Brien is brilliant - he helped me save a home that has been in my family for generations - I am forever grateful because I know it was a very challenging case. Tom O’Brien is too old and incompetent to be a lawyer. He has no idea how to run a business either. He is a master manipulator and plays games with people. He let my grandparents create a trust when my grandmother had severe aphasia dementia. We had a doctors note saying she was incompetent, but he didn’t care about that. This is even in her doctors records dating back to 2020. The trust was created in Aug. 2022. My grandpa was also illiterate and I feel as though he had no idea what was exactly in the document. We’re now in a legal battle with Tom and my grandma’s executor. Tom is refusing to give accountings when by law he has to since I’m a guardian and beneficiary. My attorney has talked to him 3 times about this issue for about 9 months or so. He’s promised it 3 times and I still have nothing. Something doesn’t seem right to me! Very fishy. If you’re thinking about choosing Tom for his services, do look elsewhere. You won’t be pleased!

Tom was instrumental in helping me with the purchase of a REO property in Wisconsin. He recommended that I use a local title company which avoided a lot of delays as the previous national title company took 2 months to register the deed.
