We were hit from behind while sitting at a stop light by a driver doing close to 45mph who was likely impaired. Our 3/4 ton vehicle was totaled and two of us had minor injuries that required months of medical appointments on a weekly basis.

When Tammy wanted to settle for $10k a piece, which covered our medical and her contingency fee. We thought she was kidding. Sound like she's working for you Didn't seem that way to us. Seemed more like a cattle drive to collect her fee.

Thankfully, we took our business elsewhere. She then filed a $5k lien on the case. There was NO possible way $5k worth of work was done, perhaps a small fraction of that amount at most.

We wanted someone that would fight for us. We have never filed an auto injury claim in our lives, with nearly flawless driving records for over 40 years, so this case had every advantage.

We feel very betrayed, and will likely take this up with government agencies to assist, unless the lien is removed, or dramatically reduced.
