Extremely rude and cannot listen to anyone over his own incessant talking. Communications skills at the lowest you can imagine. Beware - he will cause more problems for you than you can imagine. Does not understand the simplest of business transactions so he has no capacity to discuss them but insists he actually knows what he is talking about. Someone you cannot actually work with, just bully's along his own path with no regard for anyone's input - this is exactly the kind of guy that gives lawyers a bad name. Find someone else is my advice.
