I regret to say that my experience with Paul Lee’s office has been incredibly disappointing. I paid on 10/24/24, and as of 12/9/24, my case hasn’t even been filed. This office is incredibly unprofessional, to say the least. I’ve been given every excuse under the sun for why my case hasn’t moved forward—everything from staffing issues to vague, non-specific delays.

The last straw was today when Linda lied to me, saying the case had finally been filed. When I asked for the case number, she hesitated and then admitted it still hadn’t been filed. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Paul himself tried to explain the delays by saying the office is short-staffed and that they’re “trying to cover for each other,” but after 7 weeks with zero progress, that excuse simply doesn’t hold water. This is beyond frustrating, and I feel like I’ve been completely misled and ignored. If you’re looking for professional legal services, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
