Martin was very helpful, and understanding of my situation. I was in back to back vehicular accidents in 2018. Neither my fault. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to know that he was right on it and knew his way around the insurance companies and was able to deal with my medical insurance as well. I was attacked by a friend’s dog to the face in their home. They wanted me to pay my medical expenses and they would reimburse me. Being that I was so traumatized and it was friends I was dealing with, I had nowhere to turn until a coworker referred me to Martin Hodges. He not only gave a free consultation, I didn’t feel pressured to sign him. He gave a lot of expert advice and put the ball in my court should I decide to hire him. I gave it a few days and reached out to him and signed him as my attorney. He explained the entire process to me, recommended doctors to see, treatment to pursue, and offered advice. He dealt with the home owner’s insurance so I didn’t have to bother with it. He got all off the records from all the doctors I saw. When my health insurance backed out of paying my medical expenses, Martin Hodges got the home owners insurance to cover the bills quickly. It was a very painful and looming process I could not have navigated on my own. Instead of worrying about my bills getting paid, I just had to focus on recovery. I felt heard and was in very good hands. He fought for every penny I deserved and never pressured me to do anything. I highly recommend him for personal injury. I hope I never need to see him again but will gladly always use him should the need arise
