I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for an attorney to represent them on a real estate transaction. Karen represented me on every real estate transaction I've made, both buying and selling real estate. Each time, Karen has always been punctual, and professional and has always had my best interests in mind. I enlisted the help of Attorney McCormack in September of 2019. Attorney McCormack has been a disappointment on several fronts. Primary was her total lake of communication and response to phone calls, emails and faxes. She dropped the ball on critical elements of my case, had no follow-through to ensure necessary actions were completed. This led to a missed court appearance and a delay in resolving the case. To date, Attorney McCormack has yet to secure a new court date, she has been completely unresponsive to my emails, phone calls and faxes in an effort to get an update. I terminated my relationship with Attorney McCormack via phone call in early August 2020, to seek competent council. Attorney McCormack agreed to refund my retainer. As of this writing, October 14, 2021, no response at all and I have yet to receive my refund!
Very unprofessional and wasted a full year of time trying to resolve my case. I have now started the process from scratch with a new attorney!!
