This was my first encounter with the law for a DUI. I was nervous, stressed, and did not know what to expect! Luckily, my step brother referred me to Jesse and within minutes I was able to setup a consultation to meet with Jesse the following day to discuss this matter. Jesse was very informative, personable, and will look out for your best interest. He helped me through the whole process and whenever I had a question, I would receive a quick response. Another thing I liked about Jesse is that he would inform me about the different options I could take when challenging the traffic stop. The final outcome was that Jesse got my case dismissed, which was something I did not think would be possible after my encounter with the law. We found Jesse Arana on Yelp. Jesse is absolutely amazing! One of my relatives (which I'm my relative's representative) had a minor traffic case which probably didn't even need an attorney to be involved. But we are very risk-averse people, we couldn't wait for the date the official traffic ticket notice to appear in the online court system to know what exactly the charge would be. We started looking for attorneys immediately right after receiving the traffic ticket and hoping to get useful legal advice to be prepared for all the possible outcomes. We contacted a few law firms, and the moment I talked to Jesse, I knew we would go with Jesse. Jesse provided rationales and explained how the legal system works in a very thoughtful, professional, and easy to understand manner. He patiently listened to all of our questions (some could be silly questions) and provided very useful suggestions and information even though he knew we might not end up needing a lawyer. Later, the official traffic ticket notice in the online system showed that no court appearance would be needed and we can simply pay the fines to close the ticket. So we ended up not needing an attorney. Jesse was truly happy to hear about this news from us. He spent his busy time with us for free consultations and provided very valuable advice, which greatly eased our minds. Though we didn't need a lawyer for this case, we absolutely recommend Jesse!! Jesse has an excellent knowledge in his fields and is definitely someone you can trust. My relative doesn't speak/write much English. I wanted to say thanks on behalf of my relative. Jesse is our hero! Choose him to be yours too! He's a human being! Very professional and Knowledgeable! He is not after your money! He truly cares! He will make justice for you and give you clarity and piece of mind! We received a shocking Bad News! In June 2021 my son was being accused of 3 counts of crime. This was such an injustice! The accusations were being made from 2019. My Son was 19 at the time, almost 2 years later we had the Sheriff's looking for him. The Sheriff's spoke to my Son and asked him to appear at the Sheriff's Station to supposedly just talk with him. That's when I suggested to my Son he should get an attorney. I believed it could be a trick in getting him to say something that could incriminate him and get arrested right there and then. I started looking for an attorney and thankfully I mentioned it to one of my bestfriends; who had already had Jesse represent her in a case. She told me how great he is! She quickly picked up the phone and spoke to Jesse's assistant Brenda. Brenda was so efficient and gave me a quote right away and scheduled a date and time for us to meet with Jesse. We spoke to Jesse and he took my Son's case right away! My Son never spoke to anyone by himself, he gave Jesse power of attorney. Jesse explained to us the whole process of how this case could go. He gave us all different case scenarios for us to be prepared. Unfortunately there was a warrant for my Son's arrest! Such a nightmare from day one! Jesse was by Son's side through the whole process. We had so many questions and worries, stress! So many emotions! Jesse was so supportive and responded to our calls and messages promptly! My Son did have to be detained for 48 hours! The whole time I couldn't sleep thinking of my Son being in jail and waiting for the District Attorney's office to make a decision. Any update Jesse notified us immediately! Jesse got my Son's case dismissed! No misdemeanor! No extra fees! Jesse is a true hero! Thank you so much Jesse for all your help and support! We truly hope that we don't need to call you again! But you are our #1! We will definitely recommend you to our friend's and family and you googlers too!

Jesse is a great attorney he help me and my family out a great deal got my fathers case dismissed after being charged for a DUI that was from over 10 years ago and we had thought was already taken care of when he got charged for it a long time ago. He represented my dad in court and got it dismissed of his record and removed an arrest warrant that was out because of it. Highly recommend him.
