I hired Eric for a small claims eviction case because he was listed as an attorney who could assist with this type of matter. During our initial phone consultation, he was eager to take my case, recognizing that what had happened to me was unjust. Unfortunately, he handled the entire case poorly.

Over the months, I communicated with Eric via email, providing him with multiple documents to use as part of my defense. However, on the day of the hearing, he arrived with only one document, which was of no help. I ended up doing most of the talking and negotiating with the other attorney, as Eric seemed extremely intimidated.

I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the state's Bar Association. Eric's inadequate service was not only a waste of my money but also a significant waste of my time.
