********************DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY**************** I spoke to Blair Goss in January 2025. Very receptive. I hired him on February 2nd and paid retainer of $11,000. I gave him two weeks to do the Discovery as he said it would take that long.
I reached out several times via text messages, phone calls and email. He responded once via text saying he would call me that afternoon. Nope didn't call me and has not responded to me whatsoever! He stole my retainer!! I fired him on February 27th - sent text and email saying so. No response from him. I contacted the CA State Bar today and am filing a complaint. I suggest anyone else that has had this experience do so as well.

Lawyer did not show up to court, refuses to refund. Did not contact me. Also discovered they do not have have their BAR. Do not interact with these people they are scammers.

THIS IS AN UPDATE:
08/01/2021: This is an update to my speeding ticket case , it was DROPPED! Thank you for this great office. They did the Job without even reaching out to me, very responsible and professional!Mr. Goss took time from his personal time and spoke with me on a new years day! I had a speeding ticket and decided to reach out to his office and discuss my case, he was more than an honest, professional and also very assuring about expectations. I reviewed the firm website and he totally matched my expectations. He offered free consultation to check if my case is truly need his assistance. He is genuine and professional and actually very friendly to discuss and speak too. Totally giving him 6 starts!

I made an appointment online to speak with Mr. Goss regarding an speeding ticket. Mr. Goss returned my call and explained all my options to me. I found Mr. Goss to be very professional, honest, and provided me with the best option available to me free of charge. This was my first time ever needing an Attorney, and I did a lot of research. I trusted in the reviews from Google to help me decide. Based off the reviews, I decided to go with Douglas Goss Law Firm. He IMMEDIATELY contacted me and made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities to help me during this difficult time. We initially talked on the phone briefly regarding my situation and he agreed to take my case. That evening he emailed me the contract, I signed and paid him in full. After he received payment, he asked me to provide all supporting documentation to help back my claim. He did acknowledge that he received my documents via email and claimed he would begin working the case the following day. He called me for a second time, the following day to discuss the details and his plan. After that, I never heard back from him. After almost a week of me trying to get ahold of him, I finally get a text response stating he was in the hospital and would call me the following day, which never happened. I attempted to call, email and text MULTIPLE times asking him for status updates, but never replied. I then began requesting him to cancel the contract as he did not provide services as agreed. To this day, I STILL have NOT heard from him. He is a fraud!!!! Do NOT hire this man! Poor communication and lack of following thorough with our contract. He stole my money and never worked my case.

I contacted Mr. Goss's office regarding representation in a criminal matter. His office staff was kind, empathetic and professional.
I recieved a prompt. return call from Mr. Goss.
Unfortunately, I did not have the funds to retain him. In knowing this, he continued to spend a good 15 minutes with me on the phone. He spoke to me in a manner in which I could easily comprehend, breaking down the possible legal aspects and outcomes of the case for me. His advise was that of apparent knowledge and experience. He took his time in answering any and all of my questions to the very best of his knowledge. This consultation showed true, heartfelt compassion. How rare and refreshing in the world that we live in today. I sincere thank you to Mr. Goss. Most definitely a 5 star rating from me.

My experience with Blair was a very pleasant one. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they got back to me rite away. I spent the afternoon trying to talk to an attorney and Blair was the 1st one that called back and set up a consultation Monday afternoon. Couldn't ask for a better law firm they are very professional and attentive to their clients. Blair made me feel so much better he explains and breaks down everything really made me feel like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. I will definitely be recommending this Law office to friends and family anyone really that is in need in the future. Thank you so much.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. If I could leave negative stars I would. We hired Mr Goss in September of 2019 when my husband was injured by a drunk driver. Mr Goss failed to serve the other party and abandoned the case with no notice to us. He was sanctioned by the court at least 3 times and there is now a CA bar case against him. You can confirm this on the bar website. He completely ruined our case.
