In addition to advising me through how best to organize my business, Craig has also been instrumental in employee agreements, client contracts, and discerning liabilities. His work is thorough, timely, covers all the details, and is totally readable! I love that whoever is reading through a contract can understand what they’re signing, but all the proverbial bases are covered and the relationship of all parties is considered.
