I’m going to be transparent regarding my experience with Cierra as my attorney. She took in my case two weeks prior to the hearing which was awesome. She is down to earth and always responsive. She easily grasped and transcribed all court orders given by the judge. I was also blessed that the retainer fee was a fixed amount. There were a few cons hiring her however. She does not read the materials such as any RFOs or declarations filed but a separate person reads this material and prepares Cierra for the court hearings. She also reassured me multiple times that she would be fully prepared for my hearing but when she represented me, she made the assumption that we would be referred to mediation but we were not. That caused so much stress for me since she was not fully prepared. She also asked me questions regarding the case materials when all that information should have been shared with her. She also notified me last minute that she would be late to the hearing. Her team also filed paperwork last minute but luckily it did get filed in time. The proof of service was not filed however. That also caused so much stress. I also was not updated on the status of my case throughout the process. I felt more stress hiring Cierra but I can’t say I regret hiring her since she was effective in representing me. I felt better having her by my side than being alone.

Called for an appointment to discuss my case and was told I would be able to do a phone interview that afternoon at 2:15, be ready for the call. Got an email confirmation also so I was ready and waiting at 2:10. Never got a call, text message or even another email letting me know there would be a delay or the need to reschedule. Two days later and still have not heard from them. Oh well I guess they don’t need my business, disappointing as the lady who took my call and set everything up was very nice.

I HIGHLY recommend Cierra for your family court needs! I had been representing myself in a high conflict custody battle that lasted 10 years. I was finally able to save enough money for an attorney and I’m so happy that I did. Cierra represented me in family court recently and she won my case! She was kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She listened as I explained the safety concerns for my son. She was able to ease my anxiety by explaining how she was going to present my case. Horrible service!! divorces and family issues are difficult times when they’re separations or court cases this office faked flaked on me three different appointments then I started using different phone numbers and finally spoke with the attorney. She was extremely unprofessional at the time like she was eating the phone just dropped the call and there was never a call back. I emailed the office. There’s never been a response. I told her I was an abused woman!! How sad to treat people that way and be in the profession of Divorce Attorney.

called for a consultation, was scheduled for today at 12 pm no email confirmation or call. very unprofessional and would not want her handling any legal matters for me. they then tried to call me at almost 6 pm claiming the lady was in court. oh please!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
