I've now been consulting with Charlie Shane for the past 3 years, going on my 3rd time into court with him as my attorney, this last time taking my case to trial. If anyone knows Charlie, I do, he is very knowledgeable in Family Law and has a great team behind him.

I've been very grateful to have been working with Charlie throughout this case, and it has not been the easiest. Fortunately for Charlie it has been a challenge that he embraced and was very adamant in resolving.This case I know he must be very pleased with the outcome, considering all the work he had put into it.

At First having to go to court for a Parenting Plan and child support, while also being allowed to bring my son out of state to Oregon where I live, which was not being allowed to me prior to retaining Charlie.

Again for having missed time with my son during my time and ultimately helping me gain back the time that was taken from me.

Lastly me getting full custody of my son, who’s mother had fallen off the beaten path with drugs/violence/mental health issues. Charlie was able to paint a picture to the Judge, which we already had the evidence, lots of evidence. I know, with this case, going into trial Charlie was fully prepared as he had to go over all the evidence and was able to put myself and my wife on the stand to testify not only on the evidence but our own testimony as well. Charlie knew where to start our case, he knew where to change the direction if needed, along with knowing the right evidence to bring up and the right questions to ask. Its one thing to have evidence its another thing to submit to the court. My son is now safe, and Charlie has helped me to do what is best for my son and his future.

Charlie is very knowledgeable, diverse and trust worthily. He has seen first hand to what I have gone through with situation. He has also been open during this whole time in which suggestions or idealistic options are available for me. I would not hesitate to obtain Charlie as your Attorney.

I was representing myself in a very high conflict child custody litigation. Upon receiving a FCS report just 9 days prior to trial that was going to potentially have a devastating impact on my case I knew them that I had to get an attorney. I consulted with Charlie via zoom and told him about my situation and how my trial was coming up in a week. Charlie took on my case and guided me through the entire process. He told me what I needed to focus on and what the courts didn't want to hear. With very little preparation Charlie appeared for trial on my behalf. We had the option to continue, however, we decided to go through with the trial. Charlie knew the right questions to ask my witnesses, FCS and me. Ultimately the Judge ruled that I have my daughter Thursday afternoons through Sunday evenings of every week. He also got a reduction in my child support payments based on the residential schedule. The FCS report turned out to not even have an impact on anything. I highly recommend hiring Charlie for your child custody matters based off of my positive experience!

He told me multipul times that I should accept a parenting plan even though I told him I disagree. He called me several negative names after I let him know my boundaries. Mr Shane allowed my ex to claim Spiritual Abuse for taking our children to church and reading Bible Stories to them. The result is I am required to pay for Supervised Visitation for exercising My 1st and 14th Guarenteed Rights. Who could not see not only Discrimination but a Violation of the Constitition. I had given him plenty of evidence de that Ex and her Attorney were committing Perjuru. Groosly Incompetently.
Recently had been informed by 2 respected attorneys. I could have sued Mr Shane up till 2015. If a Veteran he is clueless to Disability Compensation as well. 1400 in child Support then rent ( the cheapest availible) 1350. Per month Supvised Visitation cost per CASA 1400. Sorry rent and support I have only 903.00 left for food gas and other Bill's.. if an 1/8th Star was an option, still yo high. He has permitted my Ex to steal my children fro. ZA LOVING Father.
