Truth be told that we have all had good and bad experiences over the years. Usually the good ones we end up telling a few friends, family and maybe coworkers about and the bad ones we tell any and everyone. Attorney Bryan came to me as a recommendation from a Waterbury police officer I knew over the years doing security. He is beyond professional. He is quick to respond to emails and questions. He follows up on issues and concerns and he truly impressed myself, my realtor and my mortgage broker on our recent transaction. We recently closed on a multi family property in Waterbury that did not go as smoothly as expected. However, thanks to Bryan we closed on time and received a credit from the seller to address issues and concerns. When we had an issue with the appraisal, Bryan was quick to get involved with the mortgage broker, my realtor and the appraisal company. All said and done, this was a wonderful experience and a great investment and we are so thankful to Bryan for getting this deal to close. Attorney Bryan helped me with all of the necessary legal paper work for a home loan refinancing. He was recommend to me by a family friend of mine and a business person from his area of Waterbury. He also did all of the title work including the title insurances and the title search with the town of Southington. The quality of work was very good. He worked well with the loan company officers that I was using. Bryan handled any issues that came up easily and quickly. He went out of his way to deliver all of the paper work to me. Bryan did an excellent and professional job. I will use him again in the future if needed.
