Zach is such a nice guy & was a joy to work with his optimistic personality left no room for stress and we are forever grateful. Bonnie is amazing she is so knowledgeable with the LTC Medicaid process. The entire Law Hesselbaum team is very knowledgeable in their craft. Robin which we met first was great she is down to earth and it was like we knew her for years! My advice to anyone starting the Medicaid process, is to not do it alone. Spend some money and avoid the hassle and nightmare of navigating this ridiculous process of incompetent and non-caring government rules & regulations. Hire the Law Elder Law / Law Hesselbaum team and ask – better yet - demand Bonnie be your coordinator support. My only regret was not engaging Bonnie when I started the process. After dealing with the government, their multiple requests, lost paperwork, confusion, turnover of personnel, and outright non-caring attitude, I truly do not know how I could have navigated this process to a successful outcome for my dad and his future care. Bonnie is knowledgeable, competent, friendly, supportive and will help keep you calm every step of the way, until approval is granted. I highly recommend Bonnie and her team!

I first found and decided to engage with Law Elder Law / Law Hesselbaum from reading Google reviews like this one - and it absolutely was worth it.

We've used them for estate planning, asset allocation and applying for Medicaid for my parents - and boy is filing for Medicaid a process! While the entire Law / Hesselbaum team is lovely and I have only good things to say, throughout every step of the process, Bonnie has been absolutely amazing.

Bonnie is proactive and anticipatory, thorough, patient - so patient - as she answered a thousand questions from every member of my family. Her sage expertise of the ins and outs of the Medicaid application filing process and how the state typically acts level-set expectations, provided guidance and calmed nerves throughout the process. And above all, Bonnie is just a good human and was a pleasure to work with (as she figuratively held my hand every single step of the way - again, did I mention patience is truly her virtue?!).

I truly do not know how we could have possibly navigated this process without Bonnie & Zach specifically but the Law Elder Law / Law Hesselbaum team at large.
