I had to get my car registered here in California so I looked on the DMV site and LA's Elite insurance was the closest. Let me tell you Sandra and her husband were very helpful. The whole transaction didn't take but about 15 or 20 minutes. I was in and out in a Jif. I called ahead of time and Sandra had everything ready. She was very diligent. They turned out to be a problem with my smog and she was right on it and called me and I got that taking care of immediately. She is great to work with. I just wish I needed to use her Services more. If you ever need any DMV work done and don't want to go to the DMV, I believe La Elite Insurance Services is a DMV partner. They get the work done no problems. If I ever need any DMV work done I plan to go back to her.

If you need to register your car GO HERE! Sandra was amazing and knew exactly what I needed to get my car registered after I had brought in the wrong paperwork. She got me registered, I left to get a smog check and came back and had my plates and registration in 5 minutes! If I could give them more stars I would.

I recently moved from Missouri and had to transfer titles to register my vehicle and get new plates. Sandra and Angel were extremely helpful, ensuring I had the right documents and walked me through the whole process. They even had quarters available for customers to park in the meter spots outside their offices. I was in and out with new plates, registration and tags in 30 minutes. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had when dealing with registrations. You could register your vehicle here 20x before you get to the front of the line at a DMV, not to mention Sandra has actually worked at the DMV for 10 years prior so she knows what she’s talking about. I would highly recommend their service to anyone! Thanks guys!

Sandra is super helpful, I have been coming here since 2017 and Sandra and Angel are always super nice. In-fact I left my phone charge there, for a year, and they still had it, when I came into register my new car. I couldn't believe it, It had a lil post-it note with my name on it... I mean who does that! Amazing! Also super fast and convenient.

Heres some advice to everyone reading this review.....
Forget about going to the DMV. If your like me and work six days a week, on that only day off would you rather enjoy your day doing something relaxing or spend it in an over crowded room full of screaming kids and chaos wait several hours to be seen, and then once you've been called, have the worst customer service experience!!
I am so happy I found LA Auto, Sandra was awesome, no lines, no wait, no hassle. Excellent customer service!!! I will never go to waste my day at the DMV ever again!!

Called LA Elite had to get my tags for my vehicle after I went to DMV office Lincoln Hieghts at 3:00 o’clock they said the office was close that Governor Newsom had order all DMV offices to close early do to the heat. WHATTTTT .. Called LA elite explain to them my situation that I needed my tags and my registration was suspended.. They told me they would help me. Went into their office Sandra help out fixed my suspension on my registration and gave me my tags in about 15 minutes in this weather.. Sandra Thank you . Great service..

Registered my car in about 10 minutes which is the first time it’s taken minutes in my life. No waiting, they were really helpful. They gave me new plates and stickers onsite and installed them on my car. I don’t have the 2 hours to spare at the DMV. I prefer to pay the $35 fee and get premium service.
