Delivered our 2015 Highlander to dealership to address a recall issue of paint peeling for vehicles painted with Blizzard White (A70) and Super White (A040). Vehicle was sent for inspection with their contracted collision experts in less than 2 hours. Now awaiting notification from dealership on authorization from Toyota and availability from body shop to repair. Staff at Larry Miller Toyota were extremely professional!

Today we received our Highlander back from getting the paint recall issues fixed and couldn’t be happier! The body shop they used did a great job and the car looks brand new. Larry Miller Toyota provided us with a 2024 Highlander loaner for the week our car was in the shop. Exceptional customer service!!!

I really like taking my truck into this dealership. I’ve been twice so far. Each time I’ve had good service. Great onboarding setup with drive-in service. Get on their email list for generous discount offers (think happy hour pricing for oil changes). They also offer service while you wait or they’ll set you with a free ride share if you don’t have time to wait. Today’s service was great and quick. The customer lounge upstairs was comfortable and np one tried to sell me anything, though the new Tundras were tempting. Anyway, I worked with Allen today and I definitely ask for him again when setting up my next service on their online scheduling portal. Very easy, quite satisfied.
