Joel has been my "go to" for all things Human Resources for about seven years. He is excellent with business start-up counsel. In California I found it pays to set things up very carefully and compliantly. Joel has safely kept me out of trouble in all of my endeavors, so I have not had reason for his defense services (which is obviously a great thing!).
