I used Scott for my first home purchase and I am so happy I did. It was a nerve wracking experience buying a Condo in Chicago, but Scott and his staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At my closing, Scott walked through all the details of everything I was signing and calmed my anxiety with an answer to every question I had. After talking to a few friends who have gone through the same process, I had to leave a review as this quality of service is not common.

We were selling our condo and decided to look for a smaller firm to represent us, hoping for a more personal experience. Aaron represented us and he was so easy to work with. Any time I had a question or concern, he was always available to take my call. I am so glad we went with this firm. The pricing for closing was very reasonable and Aaron had everything in order. The closing was done at the firm's office, quickly and very smooth. I would also like to add that the women in the office are such a pleasure. So friendly and very helpful. We will definitely work with this firm again in the future.

My realtor, Bill Weber, recommended Scott Ladewig. He seemed competent enough, even after I explained that my situation was complex given that the property needed to be redeeded and time was of the essence. I don’t know if the complexity of the situation was beyond his wheelhouse, or if he’s just lazy, but after beginning the transaction with me, he simply ghosted me, which again, is fine, but I’m really surprised anyone would recommend him. I mean, do you not have a boilerplate email that has a one-liner “thanks, but no thanks” I’m just happy he ghosted me in the beginning, because he would not have been up to the task of my transaction.

Family member died and needed help with will and other things. Scott was awesome, knowledgeable, smart and kind. Apparently you can't die without having a lot of things in order and Scott is perfect for helping with that.
