This is the most awful company I have ever filled taxes with. I will never in my life file my taxes here again the owner and his assistant are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. I moved to the area and I wanted to give my business to another Hispanic because I am Hispanic as well, and to my rude awakening I should of never ever changed tax places. La officina del Hispano does not have your best interest in mind they only want your money and they do not care about anything or anyone else. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Do not go here if you have to drive to Twin falls please drive to Twin falls instead of going to this business. I have told all of my family and friends about this place and we rather drive to Twin falls then go here again.

Worst place to get your taxes done we got charged 100$ for an estimate on our taxes. I really doubt that it's that hard of a job to put in some numbers in the computer.

had a horrible experienced. please everyone take your money and business somewhere else. i was told it was 110 to make my taxes once i was there and he completed my taxes he said it was 140 because i took in 3 different w-2 forms he was charging me 10 dollars for each page the guy is a complete scammer plus he didn't even sent my taxes after checking "where's my refund" app for a few days i saw it wasn't being updated so after 4 days i had to call back to let him know about it then he finally sent them and my app finally updated with my refund status he didn't even apologize he just told me he forgot.

Tuve una experiencia horrible. Por favor, todos tomen su dinero y el negocio en otro lugar. Me dijeron que era 110 para hacer mis impuestos una vez que estuve allí y él completó mis impuestos. Dijo que era 140 porque tomé 3 formularios w-2 diferentes que me estaba cobrando 10 dólares por cada página, el tipo es un completo estafador y ni siquiera envió mis impuestos después de revisar la aplicación "dónde está mi reembolso" durante unos días, vi que no se estaba actualizando, así que después de 4 días tuve que volver a llamar a hágale saber al respecto, luego finalmente los envió y mi aplicación finalmente se actualizó con el estado de mi reembolso, ni siquiera se disculpó, solo me dijo que se le olvidó

Fuimos a hacer nuestros taxes no nos hizo ni una sola pregunta para el llenar mal la informacion y despues no nos llegara nunca nuestros 3mil en taxes hoy hace otraa temlorada de taxes y no les recomiendo este lugar.
