Joe got a will written, set up a living trust, and made sure I had the documents to take care of my father medically and financially as he aged. I cannot recommend Kathy and Diana at L. A. Law Center more strongly! They did an Irrevocable Trust and a MediCal application for my 92 year old mother. Kathy walked me through the trust process, and made it easy. I received the completed document in a folder that was so organized and easy to follow. My banker even commented that the presentation was the nicest he had ever seen. And, Diana was awesome taking me through the MediCal process. She was on top of everything, every step of the way. These two women were so outstanding... and really smart. Every time I had a question, they were always easy to contact, and they were ALWAYS had the answers.

More of a telemarketer feel here than a law office as our initial meeting was in the open with the entire staff listening. Also got the feeling Joseph McHugh didn’t value the business of a mixed couple, as he never followed up with us after our family trust consultation. Keep shopping around.

My wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to meet with Joseph McHugh regarding setting up a trust for our family. We met with him in an open office, with open doors, discussing our confidential matters. His office was more like a telemarketers room than a lawyers with staff listening in on our entire conversation. After supplying him with copies of our sensitive documents, he committed to getting back to us the following week & setting up our family trust within 2 weeks. However, he never called us back. Additionally, he never returned any of the eight messages we left for he and his staff. In our opinion, his professional conduct is both disappointing & disgraceful. We recommend avoiding L.A. Law Center.
