I needed to update my estate plan including creating a trust. The process from start to finish was very thorough and helpful from the pre-meeting intake form, review meeting with discussion of contingencies I had not even considered, through the follow-up call where all of my questions were answered and very efficient document signing. I’ve been through the post-death estate management for my parents (in another state) and am confident my successor trustee and heirs will be able to handle my estate because of the thoroughness of this law firm.

I had a will done two decades ago, and two years ago I needed to make changes, as well as wanting to establish a trust and have other estate documents updated. Deepa Kulkarni had taken over the law office of my former attorney, so I set up an appointment with her to have my estate plan redux. I was extremely happy with the work done by Deepa and the rest of her staff; I felt she listened well to what I wanted, and offered great advice when I needed help with decisions. Recently, I had to make some updates to my estate plan. Once again, I received the same great level of assistance and expertise from Deepa and her staff members, Cherie and Hannah. If you are in need of having an estate plan prepared for you, I would highly recommend that you enlist the services of Ms. Kulkarni.
