Horrible! Don’t go here!

Had a confirmed appointment schedule for 11:30 am. Showed up only to be told by the guys at the range that the lady won’t be back until noon. Called them only to be told that the lady is off site because of another appointment. How do you let people know you’ll be back at noon when you have 11:30am appointment

When i asked why would you confirm an appointment when the person is off site? All the person on the phone could tell me that they didn’t want to block it and that she should have been back by 11:30. Then why did she tell the guys she’ll be back at noon.

I asked for the main manager for a call back but still nothing. Not even the person at the location has called back. All this tells me is this business does not value their customers.

Go elsewhere for your finger printing.

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE........Ryan would be the only person qualified to ever teach what he teaches period. His classes are reasonable price for the knowledge and experience he shares. The entire staff was very nice, respectful and helpful.
I've done my research on other companies no one was as qualified as Krimson Security. He's a funny guy so the class was amazing it wasn't boring at all(as we all know it usually is). Ryan is very knowledgeable about the law and will definitely set you up for success. Thank you Ryan ❤️ NOW I GOT A GUY!

Instructor ryan was amazing. Hey gave us a good deal on our 40 hour armed and conceal carry the same day. He took his time with us at the classroom and at the range. He never rush us at all he took his time to help us get down on paper. He promise he will get us on paper and really did

Ryan and Julizza were a huge help to our team during our CCL/PERC/FCC training. They helped do all the finger printing, paperwork, and instructional information on the 3 permits. I called yesterday and within minutes someone called me right away to assist me. Great customer service and different locations to choose from. Online everything is so explanatory and it took me less than a minute to book an appointment. Amazing service.
