After 20 years with a trust and will, we needed an updated estate plan. I was happy to discover that Erin Riswold is my former student. No surprise she was Valedictorian of her Law School class! I didn't realize it when I chose Koons and Riswold as her name had changed when she and Tim married. She is warm, timely in the preparation of our documents, patient, clear, and discovered a critical error our previous attorney had made. She amended several components for us to suit our modified wishes, needs and situation; explained very well what each component meant and how it functions for our survivors. Erin handled my son's probate and an adjustment to my trust. She is so competent in all she does. I think my favorite thing through all of this is that she was always available. A morning email was answered by the afternoon and if she didn't answer the phone when I called, she would call me back before the end of the day. I was always well informed and well directed.
