My attorney team (Eva, Brenda, Melissa, and Sydney) from Kogut & Wilson did a very good job of handling my divorce proceedings. I appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility. When I worked with Eva and Brenda, they set proper expectations, clearly explained the process, including options, and offered solid legal advice. In addition, Eva provided solutions to my concerns throughout the entire process. Her extensive experience was evident and appreciated. I will say that there is an opportunity for improvement regarding documentation accuracy as mistakes were made on many of the documents I reviewed but they came through with representing me legally. Overall, the team was great I recommend working with Kogut and Wilson.

I had a mutual agreed upon divorce that the judge had turned into a nightmare. All my forms were full of errors: other people’s personal information(!) like a car (with license plates and all) I never even owned. Clearly an intern took a template, didn’t bother to check, and they invoiced me at the attorney rate. Their response was worse “I apologize for the errors. We do our best, but sometimes mistakes happen. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE REVISION” dude charged me $400 for putting a form together and patted himself on the back because he didn’t charge me another $400 to CORRECT the mistakes his bad practice made?! That together with complete lack for urgency did it for me. I was out $1500 for absolutely nothing. Two forms you can get online full of someone else’s information.
