Mr. Koehler represented me on a misdemeanor level charge. He helped me understand the options, and his professional experience shaped our strategy. He leaned heavily into a total dismissal of charges, and was successful. Mr. Koehler was even gracious about his fees for representation, waiving some fees. Personally, Mr. Koehler helped manage the anxiety and concern that comes with pending charges, helping to relieve my concerns. For anyone that is intimidated by the complexity of the court system, and ignorant of your rights and options, I strongly recommend Mr. Koehlers organization.

Mr. Koehler represented me for over a year and I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney in Loudoun county. I had a very difficult criminal case going on and he handled my case like I was his only client. Mr Kohler representing me is the only reason that I'm not in prison right now, he fought very hard for me and went the extra mile that needed to be taken at every step to ensure that my case was handled correctly and kept me informed the entire time in where the process was. I also appreciate how honest he truly was with me when at times my case didn't look as good as we thought it was going to he never hid that. He is the only reason I'm free today and I believe with any other attorney the outcome would not have been the same.

Mr. Koehler was a straight shooter from the start and wanted me to be at ease that though this case was going to be hard, he had my back, would fight for me to the end and would always give me sound advice, which he did. Mr. Koehler represented me throughout a CPS case and did not abandon ship when there came a point he could have left me to figure out the rest of my case on my own. He decided to stick it out all the way to the end where we eventually won at trial. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know as different situations would arise. I can only assume he took a personal interest in the reunification of our family, as he was entirely professional but very much seemed to care and helped every step of the way to ensure that my rights were being met. When I needed representation concerning child custody issues, another area attorney that could not represent me due to conflicts, referred me to Charles.
I have to say that having Charles represent me on several occasions and over several years led to good results, or at a minimum, best as could have been reasonably expected under the circumstances. To my surprise, despite intervals where a couple years had passed, Charles had clear recall of my circumstance and issues.
Additionally, I have to say that Charles was always friendly, personable and it felt like he was generally concerned for me and my well being. Finally, I believe the fees I paid were very fair considering the sky high hourly rates some were charging in Loudoun County, or the Northern VA area.

Mr. Koehler helped me 5 years ago with my divorce, and the subsequent defense of my PSA, with professionalism, efficiency and confidence. I recently needed his services again in dealing with my ex husband. He recalled the details of the case, and was very easy to talk to about personal issues. He is very client oriented and I was impressed with his abilty to come up with different options, not just one, and kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process.
