So far, so good! James is super nice & worth paying rather than allowing a public pretender try to force you to agree with the prosecutor when something accidental happened. Waiting to see results & will update from there. Absolutely love his staff too! They are top notch! Always friendly & knowledgeable.

I have had the privilege of hiring Mr. Kirkham more than a few times, I say privilege, because he performs in such a professional, yet personal way, that it becomes just that, a privilege.
As an attorney, he is extremely knowledgeable, ,works very hard for his clients and always does a great job. I have used other attorneys and I have to say that Mr. Kirkham is definitely one of the very best.

I would highly recommend James Kirkham for the utmost professional representation, he is consistent and prompt with communication as well as highly educated. He has a keen sense for the guidelines of the law. I have worked with him on several cases in which he has provided excellent outcomes. Needing an attorney is never a pleasant experience, made worse by the extremely high cost. However, James Kirkham is the exception and not the rule. Not only is he effective, he got us a better deal than we thought possible. As far as value; he's worth EVERY PENNY. I can't believe I'd ever say that about an attorney but it's completely true. We not only got what we paid for, he exceeded our expectations. A 5-star rating all the way!!!

Did not have a good experience. Even though I "won" my case. Mr. Kirkum, was not involved, except to make promises he does not keep. And probably knew that when he said it. Not about winning the case.. but the things he was supposed to do to protect me financially. Things that never got taken care of.and I had to pay a very high price for trusting him.
The only time I met with him was the first contact. Mr.Kirkham puts all the paperwork on employees that are not properly trained. It's no wonder they don't stick around long.
It's not only the paperwork, Mr. Kirkum was always too busy to come to any of the meetings. Even teleconferencing, he could not be bothered with my case. I suspect he was outside of his knowledge base. He might be good in the court room (that's the rumor I heard). but he is terrible in every other way.
I strongly suggest finding someone else that will actually help you, not just throw your case at anyone who happens to be there at the moment. It does not seem to matter if they are qualified or not.
Writing Paralegal beside or under your signature, does not make it true. That is an honor you need to earn. So you know what to do and when to do it. Without the client having to guide you through every step of the process.
If for whatever reason you have to have him as your attorney, check in often, and make sure you know what they are supposed to be doing. So you can be sure they are doing it, and on time.

James and his team were all so responsive. What started out to be a fairly "easy" case turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought. James and his team was honest and up front with the matters.
James negotiated the best possible deal with a fair outcome. I hope to never use an attorney again but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you!

I have true appreciation for the way that they all went out of their way to help me, I called just with an inquiry and without having any expectations from them they took a chance on me. Being so last minute when reaching out to find an attorney I really lucked out with them, he did so much for me and cleared my case. Honestly, I could thank this man and his staff 1000x for the courteous and prompt response to my case. He didn’t have to, but he resolved it same day. Extremely thankful and impressed. 10/10 recommend!
