I had a positive experience with the immigration attorney at this office, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping me with my case. However, my interactions with the front desk staff, specifically Malina, have been disappointing. Each time I’ve called, I’ve encountered a rude and dismissive attitude, with responses that felt unhelpful and sarcastic. It’s unfortunate that Malina is so uneducated and often tries to belittle people by saying things like, ‘I work with lawyers.’ While she may work alongside attorneys, her behavior and lack of professionalism do not reflect the quality of service expected at an otherwise excellent firm. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it impacts the overall experience.

I was a client, and I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there. My atttorney was Donald Kempster, and while he was working, everything was going well with my case. After a while , I noticed that my case was not moving forward. When I asked to make an appointment with him, they told me that he retired a year ago. No one ever let me know that my case will be transferred to someone else. I paid for an extension for my EAD and Advance Parol, and it's been almost a year since I still didn't get it. I asked the attorneys assistant to file for it on their office address, and they made a mistake and sent it to the different address. My travel authorization was approved and sent, but I never got it cause my name wasn't on the mailbox on the adress that they put by mistake and I had to re-file, and now I'm waiting it's been over 8 months already and trying to get someone over the phone was tough as well, I was waiting for an email response. every time they had a different person working..
