Could not have been a more pleasant and seamless experience start to finish. Gentleman was super pleasant on the phone when requesting an appointment (he even stayed after closing to see me) and in person was friendly and efficient. Took no time at all and he was a delight to talk to while getting it all handled. Highly highly recommend. Only drawback honestly was having to listen to the front desk person *who is not in any way associated with KEA* being SO rude to other people while I waited. It’s a shared office space and I am not sure who she is employed by but it was appalling the way she was speaking to people who were having a hard time navigating their check-in.

KEA Inc. Fingerprinting is AWESOME!! I went to KEA to get fingerprinted for my job. From the phone call I made before I got there, to the actual service, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! The service was fast, friendly, and issue-free! They're located in a nice, easy to get to building and free parking is available. KEA Inc. Fingerprinting & Notary is AWESOME, and I highly recommend them!!!

My appointment was extremely fast and the man was very, very kind. He was even the only one in the office and still was extremely jovial and helpful! I am not surprised that my corporation chose Kea for their fingerprinting services.
