Bo and his team are absolutely amazing! Work comp cases are an extremely long drawn out process to begin with. This becomes frustrating and overwhelming, not to mention trying to recover from your injury. Bo did an amazing job staying on top of the entire process along with providing excellent communication regarding the status of my case. He always responded promptly with any questions I had along the way. When the time came to settle my case Bo did an outstanding job at negotiating and explaining the thought process behind it. I never once felt left in the dark or as a number on a file.

Once my case was finally settled and closed, I was introduced to Bo’s associate Bob. Bob took on the daunting task of working my subsequent injury case. This is another very long, confusing, and complicated process which becomes overwhelming and frustrating. My only regret is, I did not obtain the services of Katzakian Law Firm sooner. I contacted Bo over a year into my injuries. I thought Workmen's Compensation was there for the injured worker. Unfortunately, they see so many fraudulent claims that they are jaded and treat everyone the same.
I was able to furnish all my documents from Workmen's Compensation as well as doctors visits and surgeries to Bo and his team. After that, Bo and his team took over my claim. I did not need to correspond with Workmen's Compensation any longer. I believe Bo has selected the most professional and caring team in the industry. My contact was Bob Callahan. Bob was there every step of the way with me. He kept me up to date on everything. If I had a question or concern I could contact Bob anytime. (including weekends and holidays) I never expected a reply right away, but either Bob or Bo would let me know they had received my message and would contact me as soon as they were back into the office. It has been a long ride, but my claim has been settled. I thank God everyday that I found the Katzakian Law Firm.

When I first walked into Bo Katzakian's office, I was greeted warmly and I could tell right away Bo and his team would be the right partners to help me with my worker's compensation case. Right from the start, I felt like a part of the family, not just another client. His office was extremely responsive and replied to all my emails very quickly and was there to answer any questions and provide advice.
