Justice Graphics recently did a fundraiser for my cousin's son who was in an horrific car accident. When I received my t-shirt I was pleasantly surprised. Great graphics on a thick quality t-shirt that fits true to size. I really appreciate them for doing this for my family as they did not have to. I had the shirt shipped to me in Bloomington IL and the shipping was secure and fast. I will always support this company! Thank you!

It's been fun, in a morbid sort of way, to read the [very few] nonsensical complaints that people seem to have about Justice Graphics.

For example, I don't understand how one of the 1-star reviews has anything to do with Justice at all. You asked them to fabricate something custom for you, so they expended THEIR time, money and resources to produce it, based solely on your husband's request for them to do so? Seriously, your husband literally contacted Justice, custom ordered something, signed HIS NAME to it, but now he doesn't want to pay so he's blaming Justice? They didn't force him to place that order, did they? And I know that the non-profit didn't sign ITS name to the custom order because, if it did, guess who would've been paid! You have no legal option other than to pay your bill. Although, I'll assume you already knew that, otherwise I'm sure the lawsuit would've been filed. If you want to blame someone, blame the non-profit; assuming that your husband was acting as a representative of the organization when he placed the order. He wasn't? Well, then he's personally responsible! In no possible scenario, WHATSOEVER, is this Justice's error. But now, because you're unhappy with the decisions that YOU'VE made, you're going to try and destroy someone else's livelihood? Nice. "ARE YOU EVEN A LAWYER?!?!" Yes ma'am, I am.

With regard to another 1-star review - c'mon dude. Your jacket didn't have the wrong embroidery on it. They'd be out of business if they simply embroidered things incorrectly out of spite. I'd be interested to see a photo of the file you sent to them vs. what they actually produced for you. I'll assume, however, that those photos don't exist because, if they did, you would've posted them a LONG time ago.

And to my favorite 1-star reviewer, you're just miserable and mad at everyone in your life. That's easy to see, because you said nothing in your review other than you hate everyone. But I promise you, Brittanie has nothing to do with your anger issues. Is this really how you want to go through life? Beginning today, I challenge you to actually go out and live your best possible life. Seriously. If you ever need to talk about anything, I'm here for you. If it sucks, I've definitely been through it. Hit me up and I'll provide you with some inspirational lifestyle apparel at no cost to you. When you call Brittanie to apologize, she'll get you my contact info. I look forward to hearing from you. Let's get back to feeling the way we all want to feel and stop being so angry towards one another.

And for everyone who's said, "bad customer service", well that's just untrue. Maybe you should stop being so demanding and adjust your OWN attitude. Just because you were born after 1990, doesn't mean that you are somehow entitled to special treatment in everything that you do.

I own an apparel company at which we design and make custom clothing for United States Military Special Operations Units. Yes, those units. I rely on Brittanie and her crew at Justice Graphics to get the stuff done that we need done. I do not have the luxury of being able to tell my clients, "Your order hasn't shipped because I'm waiting on someone else" or "it's not my fault that the embroidery work sucks". Are you serious?!? There are 1,000 other companies just waiting for a reason to cut my legs off and replace me. Why? Reread the first sentence of this paragraph. If I wasn't 100% confident that Justice was going to get done what I need done, exactly how I need it done, when I need it done, I simply wouldn't use them. This is business. Brittane knows that. I owe her nothing. I use Justice because they are the best at what they do. Plain and simple.

Justice Graphics did an outstanding job for a fundraiser for my great nephew who was in a horrible car accident! How lucky Athens, Il is to have a family owned business doing such great acts of kindness! We are all wearing our #Wilstrong shirts proudly!!!

Great customer service. Excellent quality on the product I ordered. Turned out better than I expected. Will be ordering another round of memorial stickers and embroidered patches next! Would definitely recommend Justice Graphics to anyone seeking quality and professionalism.

Very poor customer service. Products are not recieved in the time they advertise . They have not responded to multiple emails . After taking over 3 months to recieve 1 polo shirt, they claim it was on backorder but didn't bother notifying of that . Then to make up for it they reimbursed 5%.... How generous . The jacket I ordered had the wrong embroidery .

Terrible customer service. Britany doesn't know how to talk to customers and is extremely rude. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY WORK AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO WORK WITH BECAUSE THEY ARE NEITHER!!!
