We worked with Julie for a short period of time. Although we had several meetings and made several agreements, nothing was stipulated and when my spouse pulled out of mediation, all of the agreements that we came to with Julie meant nothing. Many thousands of dollars and many hours wasted. Julie should have periodically had us stipulate to our agreements. My spouse was completely unreasonable, and Julie should have been experienced enough to recognize this and insist on the stipulations as we proceeded.

Julie is very sweet, but her management of her staff was lacking and they prepared the worst court showing I've ever seen, completely unprepared to fortify the evidence proving legal requirements to win. This firm cost me millions because they didn't want to methodically perform the proper defense and subsequently the other party broke the prenup. I've dealt with a lot of different types of attorneys and they simply just did not do their homework and I suffered for it. Even if they told me they weren't doing it, I would have done a better job had I represented myself. I put too much faith in Julie to run a tight ship.
