Please be aware of the scam these people are running. If they tell you that you don't need a 30 day move out notice, get it in writing! Also, if you clean your apartment, expect them to keep most of your deposit. Even if you get a professional cleaner! They preyed on two senior citizens who are honest and have worked hard their whole lives. Out of a $750 deposit, plus a $100 leasing fee, they were kind enough to return $250.
After working for this company, they cheated another out of $3,000 for wages. He was hired by the company, and since the owner didn't pay, the laborer didn't get paid, either. Crooked dealings. Be very wary. It is sad that a female there is crooked. Small town people should take care of each other.
