Very rude and short on the phone, didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable
Edit: Not trying to damage anyone’s reputation as I’m not even the lowest reviewer on the page. Just giving a review for the people who haven’t been here 30 plus years and may be new to the area and are looking for a good shop. A policy explanation would have been wonderful instead of “nope I can’t” and “I don’t even know what that is” but I must have just called at a busy time. Sorry for the inconvenience. I had my car towed to Joe's without ever having had any experience with this business. They not only diagnosed the problem (my engine was blown), but they did not charge me for this diagnosis or for trying to find me another motor. And they let my car sit on their lot until I could figure out my next step. Extremely courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and they have earned my repeat business. Terrific example of there being kind people in this world!

My wife’s Mini Roadster had engine trouble with a message on the dash saying the vehicle was operating at reduced power output. After dropping it off with Aaron we headed home in another car. Not long after, Aaron called and had the problem diagnosed, quoted us a price and siad he could have it done by end of business hours. He did call back later to tell us one if the parts he ordered was faulty, said it would have to be the next day to finish the job. Early the next moring Aaron calls again to tell us the car is ready. We went to the shop, picked it up and it has been running great since. What great service and more importantly fantastic communication from Aaron. Thanks much. You will be out first choice in the future for any of our repair needs.

Went to get a check up after buying a car. Had previously had it checked so I knew there was an oil leak from the head gaskets but they didn't really mention it. I asked them to work on the oil leaks as well as install new spark plugs, new belts, etc. Long story short, I've wasted about $1,200 with them and I still have an oil leak. A leak that will to have be fixed soon.

They might be better with some brands then others but if they don't know how or can't fix something they should let you know instead of charging you for a costly short term solution.
