All I’m going to say I paid him thousands of dollars and got absolutely nothing. I switched lawyers and got more than I had to begin with in my custody case. He will not answer the phone or call you back. He will also not tell you what was agreed to in court and you have to fined out from your new lawyer. Just be aware

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY FOR DHR , GO OUT OF COUNTY . Conflict of interest because his wife is a supervisor at DHR.
Jerry has taken alot of money from me & didn't do the jobs he said he would do . He actually caused more harm to me and my children . He pretends to be nice, he is not .
He will cuss you out and talk to you like a dog when you call him out on his disgrace to his clients . He is rude behind the scenes and I wouldn't trust him EVER again .
The women in the office are malicious and will not do their jobs & all they will tell you is "I can't make jerry call you."

Don't waste your time or money with this attorney they won't do any good. Charges rates of a good attorney but your better off with a court appointed attorney. You won't speak to the attorney himself but 1 time then you just get his assistance even if you ask for a call from him. Hired Drake and got immediate results. I payed this attorney $2000 and he did absolutely nothing. When I couldn't get any results with him after weeks of the run around I hired another attorney for less and got something to happen that day. Kilgo is a complete waste of time and money.

Absolutely a great group of legal professionals. I would recommend Mr. Kilgo to anyone that is needing legal counsel in Cullman County, and probably any of its surrounding areas (I used him for a case in Cullman). Mr. Kilgo handle a custody issue for me, and did not disappoint. He was upfront with me at the beginning and told me what I was up against, what to expect, and he was not wrong!
Overall, I was treated fairly, professional and kindly, and as if I was their only client, even though I know I was not, by fair! Mrs. Kelly was a God-send. She was always so sweet and helpful, so I would without a doubt recommend Attorney Jerry Kilgo.
