Brian Butler is not competent to represent anyone's case. We had to hire another laywer to terminate a fraudulent contract by this Brian Butler, who had persuaded us into signing his Fraud Agreement using false documents, learning later from other Attorneys that he had a long history of tricking others into signing his fraudulent contracts. As suggested by the Court, we reported him to the Arkansas Bar Association, requesting his license be taken away to protect the public.

Mr. Jensen and his staff were a pleasure to work with. I was looking for an attorney and everyone I called would not give me the time a day without paying for an upfront cost just to talk with me. I understand their time is precious but I also like to see who I would be working with and giving my money to and ultimately helping me make life changing decisions. When I called Mr. Jensen's office I was immediately able to speak with him. It was such a relief to have a friendly calm soothing voice on the other end willing to talk with me. I made an appointment and from that moment on, I had no problems. Mr. Jensen and his team helped me with my divorce better than I would have ever expected. He guided me where I needed guidance and never pressured me into any decision I was not comfortable making. If anyone is in need of an attorney for all that he specializes in, I could not recommend a better one. Mr. Jensen was fantastic.

Hired Brian, prior to hiring Brian I had filed all motions in my case. Brian performed a deposition and attended a 2 hour hearing. Charged me $4k which was is in his contract, but I expected $4k worth of work for a $4k retainer. That is non refundable. The minute he is hired he is unresponsive and rude. He did next to no work in my case, never read a motion, rarely responded to the few emails I sent him. He lied to me in email about communications he had with the judge or judge chambers (ex-parte) and even though we prevailed based on my Pro-Se motions filed and discovery requests. He couldn’t even draft the final order for the court and after waiting a month the judge did it, but the order didn’t address the date of the child support order because of Brian incompetence, despite multiple emails from me to Brian asking about this topic. . Avoid! Save yourself the money and do it yourself then hire this guy who is rude, unresponsive and not honest with his clients.
