Mrs. Granger did NOT represent me - if I had not done my “homework” myself it would have even turned out worse.
She did not contact witnesses she did not ask for witnesses against not to be in the court room at the same time and even called me as a witness against myself.

I am walking in the fresh air, a free , man, due to Jennifer's counsel and guidance. The 'system' up here is very harsh and unforgiving, yet Jennifer is like a sea captain navigating a ship on stormy seas, riding the crests, waves and swells and keeping the ship upright as she navigated through the turbulent, angry ocean of the Prosecutor's office procedures here in Nevada County, standing up to what seems to be a recalcitrant, intractable and obstinate legal system up here that is both intimidating and unforgiving. Other attorneys I dealt with were intimidated by the process here that they were hesitant to grapple with it and seek a realistic verdict. Not so with Jennifer, she's a WARRIOR!
I won't delve into the mechanics of what she did, but it was a involved, expensive and somewhat cumbersome process but it worked, which is the main thing. I can't sing her praises loudly enough and she's very friendly and easy to deal with on top of it all. If you're having legal troubles here in Nevada County, pick up the phone and call her NOW!

I hired Jennifer as my attorney with high expectations, but unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with her services. Her negligence and lack of interest in my case caused me to lose a substantial amount of money. Despite her claim that my case was unusual, the truth was that my financial losses were due to her failure to adequately review my documents and accurately calculate the child support and alimony payments. The clerical errors resulting from her poor performance affected my finances and caused me significant stress and frustration.

In retrospect, I regret my decision to hire Jennifer and would have been better served by seeking assistance at the self-help center. It is disappointing that I had to suffer such losses due to the incompetence of a professional who was supposed to represent my interests. Moving forward, I will be more cautious in selecting legal representation and will make sure to thoroughly research and vet potential candidates before entrusting them with my case.
