I was visiting from out of town and wanted to mail a large but inexpensive item back home. After trying several packaging options it was clear that it wasn’t feasible to ship it. The cost would have been over $130, >10x the value of the item.

Despite the effort they had already invested, and knowing I wouldn’t be able to use their service, they still spent another 15 minutes or so brainstorming other options and thinking of creative ways to get my item home. I really appreciated that. What great customer service!

New and regular customers are not always familiar with changes made to FedEx and UPS procedures when dropping off packages. Signs posted on the side of a table are not always visable, so a little friendly guidance would be appreciated instead of being told to read the sign. In addition, a sarcastic "have a nice day" does not camouflage the arrogant attitude.

I've dropped a few labeled packages here before and the nice lady working there is always pleasant but yesterday she was exceptionally helpful.

I had an Amazon return and instead of providing me with a shipping label they gave me a QR code. Those can only be used at UPS Stores, not UPS dropoff locations, and the closest UPS Store to me is over an hour drive round trip. I called JPS just down the road to double check and that same nice lady told me to come in and she'd show me how to fix it.

She showed me that apparently Amazon's algorithm for return options is based on the reason for the return. In my case, choosing Does Not Fit on a Try Before You Buy item return gets you the QR code, not a label. So we cancelled my return, started the process again, chose Item Not As Listed and put 'Inconsistent Measurements' (or something like that) in the comment box. Only then was I provided a return label.

She then helped connect my phone to her printer to print the label.

How could I not submit a 5 star review for service like that?

WOW. I've been shipping from the USA to the UK for a couple of decades now. Without a shadow of a doubt, this was the best packed and wrapped item in all of that time (and a very large one at that!). Danielle was a delight to deal with. She kept me informed every step of the way, even though international exports weren't something she was used to doing. Well! you wouldn't have believed that! The whole service from start to finish was flawless. Great communication, excellent customer service and a delight to deal with. Alas, it's unlikely I'll need her services again as it was a random purchase I needed sent to me from near her location, but I do hope that I have reason to use her services again as they put others to shame. Thanks Danielle, it was a pleasure working with you.

Also, as I'm in the UK and current national affairs are now international affairs, may Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II rest in peace and God Save the King!

i have used Jeff's packaging for most all my shipping needs for many years. each time i have used them the service has been excellent. Danielle is always attentive and professional. sometimes i ship suitcases to places i am traveling to and each time they arrive on time and have been well packaged. whether shipping out or purchasing supplies I highly recommend them!!

Needed to send a water sample (on ice) for testing and it needed to be at the lab within 24 hrs of taking the sample.
Clerk was very knowledgeable, gave me confidence the high cost of shipping would not be wasted and that my test results would be valid.
Regular packages should be no problem.
