Jay which he told me to address him by became a friend who really actually cared about my future . I was facing min mandatory of 1-3 on a weapon under disability charge . I called Jay emidiatly was the S.C crackers entered my home througjt the back slider . Didn't even bother knocking on the front door like regular respectful human beings . Upon entering my house this ol man itching to just wanting to to a gander around my home. officer claimed he seen a shotgun from my slider into a spare bedroom which Jay sed let him in because he's only helping us out 😆. I let the soon retiree get his last who rah in his career never finding the shotgun he swore he saw he proceeded to my bedroom . Where I was informed he had no right to enter because my room was not the probbable cos . Long story shirt ....last day pulled back the cover on my bed a and found my S&W 40 with a stick he emidiatley informed me I was going to see society in 3 yrs. I giggled violently knowing if the officer new the law you can look through anything that is in plain . Concealed anything when volunteetly gave the right to concent earned me 2 charges , ATTEMPTED weapons under disability and receiving stolen prop of a firearm. Which baffled me . I got a ticket in Greene County and had to go to court in xenia for driving down a closed road and 160 dollar fine. I figured I'd call a local attorney to figure this out. When I spoke with Jay he told me that he could more than likely get the charges dropped and if not we would take it to trial for 500 dollars. Long story short he calls me with a plea bargain for a turn signal violation and $250 FINE. I told him I didn't accept that offer and that I wanted to go to trail. A couple weeks go by and I get a letter in the mail that my license is suspended. I called Jay and he thought that I was just going to pay the fine which I had told him I wasn't. I drive for work and I needed my license back so I ended up having to just pay the fine in person. Do yourself a favor just get a public defender Jay did nothing for me but lose my license and cost me more money. Good luck

Jay Adams is the guy, you need beside you. He treats you well and understands what results you want out of the case. If I am you then hire him and let him do the rest. He goes into details and stays involved. I personally had his help twice by now and gonna keep him for any future help.
