Elaine will win! If you want an attorney who knows her stuff and is willing to fight, hire Elaine Jarvis. She took a case I had originally lost (did not have her as an attorney then), and in 10 short days before the trial, she worked diligently and relentlessly, and WE WON!!! She literally had 10 days to prepare for trial and she beat 2 other attorneys who had been preparing for 11 months!! Elaine is a shark and she will fight for what is right.
