BEWARE!!!! This lady is a fraud and should not be in business. Please, if you want a paralegal, invest your hard earned money with a reputable paralegal. Hired her to complete a Quit Claim Deed for my wife and myself. She claimed she would complete this only after receiving the monies (understandable). The agreed amount was sent over the phone with her. She cashed the money, but never filled out the Quit Claim. Now we are out this money. Again "BEWARE"

Jan has done numerous legal papers over the many years and does a great job. I actually worked for her for a time and know that she is very professional. Jan has done a lot of work for my relatives and saved them alot of money. I know that Jan has studied in law and has her JD but does not practice law but does the paralegal aspect . She is very particular and will take an extra day to get it correct. She has had offices in Portland, Salem and McMinnville.
