He and his secretary lied to a judge that our signatures were in documents with the proper attachments. He lied about our signatures being on filing which were not there. I hired james for my divorce. Did the mistake of paying everything up front. Nothing has happened. Everyone else has been able to get divorced regardless whats goin on. I went to another lawyer and looked into my case james has not even summited my prove up. His receptionist lied about it. All i been getting is the run around. I wouldn NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIM. To top it off his receptionist has a attitude sometimes.

I would not recommend James Chesloe to anyone. I went to James due to my ex wife asking for an increase in child support. I didn't agree with the amount and seeked representation. During my consultation with Mr. Chesloe he agree the amount was to much and stated he would ensure I didn't pay that amount. In the end I ended up paying the original amount plus retainer fee and other fees.

Does lawyer is money hungry and unfair. I went and says office to discuss a case he jumps on zoom and because my lawyer for $5,000. And now that I do not have 5000 today off of hands after he took 1000. He quit.
