Did a consultation and ended up not working with them as they quoted $8000 which is an obscene amount of money I cannot afford. After I declined their services they demanded I pay $250, although I was never told they would charge for this. They’ve now sent multiple emails for payment, and are threatening additional fees and interest charges if I do not pay immediately.

I highly recommend this firm. Jacob Jackson assisted me with a tenant eviction, he was instrumental in getting this tenant out, ahead of the court order & in a county outside of Clark. He went above and beyond to coordinate the on the ground logistics required to actually get the tenant out, its harder than you think. A Professional.

I have gone to this law office multiple times and they have been so helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I had to get a will signing done and Mr. Jackson spent an hour and a half with me and answered all my questions and ended up only charging me for an hour (since our appointment was an hour long). I feel like most attorney's rip people off but I didn't feel that way here.

This firm does not protect its elderly clients. When you have a legitimate issue and have to bring in APS to the equation they do not provide accurate information, or try and protect the elder client and do not check credentials of those offering to 'help' your parent or the credentials and supporting documentation before issuing documents that may harm your elderly parent from the appropriate experts in the situation. Beware of any Living Trust documents that can be changed to take advantage of your parent.
